Donald A. Brisson, Criminal Defense Attorney

Don has dedicated his life to helping people and fighting for their rights as citizens against the oppression of the state, the federal government, and organizations such as the police, prosecutors, city hall, insurance companies, and corporations. His dedication to this mission began as a United States Marine and continues in his legal practice where he fights for people and their rights in the courtroom. Don has taken his commitment to helping people all the way to Afghanistan where he trained legal aid lawyers for the Ministry of Justice and assisted in the development of a new criminal procedure code for the people of Afghanistan.
